Hey everyone, I just got back from a cruise around the UK. On the first day, I received a message saying that I had used up all my data, even though I have an unlimited data plan. I couldn't use my phone while on the cruise ship. Is this a normal experience with an unlimited data contract? Thanks for your input!

When on a Cruise, you might connect to the Cruises built in satellite network, which is incredibly expensive. It is likely your Bill Cap blocked this, which is why you’re unable to use your phone. I assume now you’re back on mainland your services are working as usual?
