Data allowance changed


I am over 12 months through 24 month contract with unlimited calls/data/texts but i just looked on the app and now it says i have 0 data from 5gb allowance. I have not changed anything and my bill is the same. Any help?

We are having issues with customers allowances showing incorrectly.

It was showing the incorrect allowance but apparently it was just a visual issue and not actual, according to ID my account was still showing unlimited data to them, I just looked at my app and now it actually says unlimited finally.
