I've received my upgrade but no new SIM card with it

I have received an upgrade handset today with no new sim card and I have put my old one in and it is saying it is not connected to a network please help, getting very frustrated

Does your SIM work in the old handset still?

No just says emergency calls only but I had a message to say new sim activated bit not received one

Odd, when upgrading you normally continue to use your existing SIM. 🤔

The fastest way to get this resolved @Leanne Langley would be to call in to a local Curry’s store and ask for a replacement SIM card. If you prefer, contact iD Mobile but be warned, you will be waiting a while for a replacement to be delivered via Royal Mail.

Thanks gonna go in currys tomorrow and get it sorted
