Hi there, 

 

I switched from a monthly plan with a phone contract to a pay monthly sim only plan. Does this mean I lose my upgrade option? Can I start a new mobile contract plan if I want to in the future? Thanks

I believe that’s possible, @Rmk

Any upgrade offers for you would normally be shown in the iD app and your “My iD Account” online, once you’ve signed-in.

You can also discuss your upgrade options with the iD sales team, by calling 020 7139 1397 - the advisers work 9am - 6pm.
