I joined ID mobile on 08/06/2023 on a sim only deal. If i am not mistaken this would allow me to use my full allowance in the 50 EU countries. If i was to stay on ID mobile and upgrade through their own store to a phone and sim deal will this benefit stay with me.

No, if you join or upgrade after 21st June 2023, our new Fair Usage policy applies. This lets you use your standard monthly allowances (up to 30GB) at no extra cost across our free Roaming destinations.
