Do I need to send the old phone back when I upgrade?

No need to send a phone back to iD Mobile at the end of your contract’s minimum term, @Alicia Oliver. 

The contract phone belongs to you at that point.

Will I be able to use it with another network sim or use only with id ?

All our devices are unlocked so can be used with another network’s SIM card.
