I ordered an upgrade. Both new devices and plan. The device should be with me by 24th October but the email i had said the new plan would be up and running in 24 hours.  If I check on the id mobile app nothing on there about the upgrade. There has been no change to the plan. I'm still paying the same fee and no increase in data. I keep getting emails from id mobile to upgrade.  Id like to know if my order has been accepted and is being processed.
