I cannot set up my voicemail. When I try listen to a message it says ‘’you need to set up a pin first, to do so please call us from your ID number’’ if I call 123 it just says ‘’please call us from your ID mobile number’’.  But I am 

I went on live chat and asked, an agent named Maurice placed me at the end of the queue for another 70 minutes wait. I hate ID
