Not receiving all texts
It appears that I am not receiving all my texts. I've had 3 incidences of people saying they had texted me in the last couple of weeks. And this morning when I switched on my phone, it was powering up and the content of a text scrolled along the top. On my home page it indicated that there was a new text in my inbox. But when I opened up my messages there was no new text there, even though I'd seen the content scroll along the very top of my screen when the phone was switching on. I called support and they immediately directed me to Carphone Warehouse saying it was a handset problem. I visited 2 stores this morning and neither have been able to help. Apparently my text settings look OK. I am able to use the internet, Messenger, email etc, it's just some texts are missing. I've been with ID Mobile since Feb. Any suggestions would be very welcome.

Hi @ChickpeaCharlie32 ,
That's very odd indeed.
Are you still experiencing this issue?
There may have been a coverage issue at the address that could be causing this.
Have you had this issue any earlier than the past 3 weeks and does this affect specific numbers or every person who texts you?
