To what I have read it appears that you do not know your number. I recently ordered a sim only deal and in my package was a receipt for my order which had my number on it. I also received an email welcoming me to id and at the bottom was my number.
If you can not find your receipt or you can not see the email, try giving someone a call with your id sim. Your number should appear in their logs where you have called them.
Additionally here is the contact page for id. I believe they have a Facebook and twitter page. If you still experience issues after trying the above or have any other queries please feel free to message me by hovering over my logo.
