Can't order a new SIM as card verification fails
I'm a new customer to iD and have completed the form online for a SIM only contract, but when I get to completing the direct debit it keeps saying my card verification has failed. I have used 3 different cards and all of them have failed! Very frustrating - can anyone help? I've checked all the detail and they're all correct and all cards are registered to my address.
