I constantly have a red dot on my voicemail symbol, which tells me I have a voicemail. When I really do have a voicemail, I listen to it and then delete it (press #3), but the red dot remains. This is very frustrating and means that I can easily miss important voicemails. Today, I discovered that even though I have consistently deleted voicemails, when I go to voicemail and press #1 it will play through all the voicemails that I have received since I became an ID Mobile user. So, it seems that the voicemails have not really been deleted.
My phone is an iPhone 5s.
