Question
Emergency calls only
My ID sim card was working fine until two days ago when it has lost connection. I've tried it in my old handset but it has no signal and says only emergency calls can be made. I have also tried in different locations and checked the signal coverage checker and it says I should have good signal for 4G and 3G. At the moment I have no mobile data connection and no connection to make/receive calls or texts.

I'm sorry to hear this! It sounds as though you have tried all of the usual things that would identify the fault. Have you ensured that your bill is all in order?
