I have lost my monthly sim. Please could you send me a new one?

That can certainly be done! :)
Unfortunately this is not the right platform to request a new SIM card as they require account information for verification purposes etc.
To get a replacement SIM you will need to enter live chat. One of the Live Chat agents will arrange for you to be sent one within 2-3 days. Or if you need a new SIM right away, visit your nearest Carphone Warehouse and buy a replacement SIM for £5.
Once you receive the SIM, please activate it by getting in touch via Live Chat.
Alternatively, you can contact iD Mobile over the phone

or
0333 003 7777 from any other number
