Where is my SIM card?

I have tried to contact ID o Dr phine and have been told that is busy. I have tried to contact ID via live chat and it says all agents are busy. I will be charged for a SIM that I have ordered which still hasn't even arrived yet. Could someone please give me a good explanation and inform me as to where my SIM is.

Hi Tahir,

We're sorry to see that you're without a SIM. We have been quite busy recently due to some system issues but these should now be sorted.

A SIM card can take around 3 working days to arrive so if this is still not with you, please send us an email with your issue, along with your community username, full name, full address, mobile number and date of birth and we'll get this sorted.
