Need more Data allowance instead of calls

Hi. I have montly plan which includes 500 minutes for calls, unlimited messanges and 8gb of data. Is it possible to reduce calls and messages and add more data allowance instead as I’m not using calls and messages so often but I would use internet

Hello @Constant,

It's not possible to directly reduce your minutes to increase other parts of your plan, however, you should be able to log-into your iD app/account and look at the available options for tariff changes.

We're fairly flexible when it comes to SIM-only plans so you can change plans every 30-days.
If you're on a handset contract, you may not see any plan change options available, in which case, please email us on
