Hi,
I have requested VAT invoices to be issued for my personal account, via both chat and 7777. I have been given 2 different answers and neither of them adhere to HMRC’s strict guidance of a company providing VAT invoices when requested.
How best to go about this? My previous mobile provider changed with no pain whatsoever.

We’ve previously submitted such requests, it’s been a while since I’ve dealt with one but we should be able to get this sorted for you.
Alternatively, you may find a quicker response/turnaround over Social Media on either our Facebook or Twitter page.
