I have an iPhone 6 and am using it for work for the first time so want to block my number. When I go to settings and tap show my caller ID the page opens but all I get is a spinning circle. I have followed suggestions on Apple forums but it’s still not working. They suggested it could be a carrier issue. Any ideas?

Can you please try turning off your Wi-Fi and using data?
When you see the spinning wheel wait a while, if it still spinning after 30 seconds, go back to the previous phone menu then go forward (don’t close the menu just back and forth).
If this doesn’t work, let us know here and we’ll see what we can do further.

Continuing spinning circle even after I try the solutions. I work from home and need to switch between hide my number and show.
