130 missing minutes since plan started today - but have made no calls

Hi, IDmobile app shows I have 570 minutes left out of 700.

however my new billing period started today and I’ve made no calls today!  

I Checked this via mobile ‘recents’ - last call was yesterday (when I made three calls each lasting a minute or less).

Extra info in case it is relevant:

Last month I bought 200 extra minutes but didn’t use them up - app shows they are due to expire 6 May (around 3 weeks from now).

I have set my account with £0 cap for exceeding my allowances.

Please can someone explain what is going in and how I get in touch with ID to query this -

Can’t delete this Query.  I have now found the explanation on the apps usage summary.
