Hi, I’ve had my phone for over 6 months and had no problems with mobile data (4G) inside or outside. But it has suddenly gone down to 3G today and I’m not getting any network connection at all unless I’m on WIFI. This is during the coronavirus lockdown and I can’t even contact ID mobile direct.
Any support welcomed!
