Hi I saw that this was available to customers over 70, this applies to both of my grandparents who use ID mobile and I couldn’t find where they can enable this on their mobiles. Thanks for any help :)

This is automatically enabled for all our eligible customers.
In addition we have also text all our customers to inform them of the available mins.
