Can't upgrade online - Details incorrect

I can't upgrade online. 

I get to the final page and it's say some of my details are incorrect. I've checked on the app and with my bank credit card and they are the same. 

 

I get the message ring 7777 but the line is closed so I can't. Tried online chat twice but no joy same message. Any ideas?
