4g not working still manchester

I'm still not getting 4g in Manchester m23 1eq.

This has never happened before on any other network I've been on. And cant actually speak to anyone to sort it out.  It's been going on for 2 weeks now I've had to leave my phone set to 3g only and it's so frustrating watching IPTV and that is my only form of entertainment.  Can somebody at ID sort this problem out I'm sure I'm not the only person to have this trouble
