I lost my phone and sim
Reported to ID via portal so got cancelled I guess? They didn't send a replacement Sim.
Ordered a new ID Sim to use in temp phone until new phone came.
Now I have two contracts, the original on the number I want to keep using but on a worse deal with no Sim replacement, and the new number, better deal currently with an actual Sim.
I want to either move my original number from the original deal to this new account/deal and cancel the original deal.
Or
Get a replacement Sim card for the number I want t to keep, upgrade that deal and cancel the new contract.
I can't seem to find a way to do any of the above though via the portal 😭 essentially I'm paying money just to hold my original number until someone in support can help me!
Any ideas?
