I've purchased a mobile for my mum (she's almost 73) and at present we are trying to move her number from 3 to her new ID Mobile phone. We are having major issues doing this and at present my mum is sitting getting pretty stressed out and due to the current situation I can't help her much. We really need some help from someone at ID if possible.
We have the PAC code but for some reason moving the number is failing according to messages my mum is receiving to her new phone.
Could someone help please?
