Since I joined id last week I can't connect to server properly or if at all, I can't connect to my window cleaning online app, I can't connect with sites to do with samsung which means i cant update my phone's software. There's no one to talk to, I'm not impressed with I'd at all. Glenn Fry

Does this work fine via WiFi?

I have an iPhone 11
its been working fine except this weekend when it was really slow and then today would not load certain sites, wouldn’t connect to ID, I can write to you on this iPad.
is there a problem with the server?
my wife recently joined you and she has the same issues as I am.
