I can't make calls or send Texts.

Embarrassingly, I fell behind on my bill and had my account suspended. I have now cleared my arrears as well as paid my next bill a little early. It’s been four days since I cleared the arrears and my service hasn’t been turned back on. How can I get my service turned back on if there is no one in the call centre to talk to. I am at a loss as to where to turn to, for this issue to be resolved; any help would be gratefully received. Thank you.

Generally speaking any suspensions should lift within 24 hours.  Though as it has been 4 days already then we may need to take a look into the account further.
