Upgrade not working


My sons upgrade is not working although it says it should be working on the ID app. I’ve upgraded it to a sim only contract.

Hi @Paulwww, when you say it’s not working, what exactly do you mean? Has his service been cut off? Or do you simply mean his tariff hasn’t been amended?

A little more detail would be most helpful!

thanks for the reply, new sim was delivered yesterday and worked after registering it.
