PAC CODE not being accepted by new prividor

I'm leaving ID and moving to BT

I've requested my PAC CODE from you and provided it to BT.

I've recieved confirmation that I'm leaving ID Mobile

But my PAC CODE is not being accepted and BT have tried everything but they need me to speak with ID but lines and webchat are closed. This also means that I'm still paying ID for my contract even though it should have been closed by now.

Can you help?

The live chat team are normally open between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday.
