Phone stopped working this afternoon. Dispute bundle on 13/7/20 & lots left on.
called Carphone Cust Servs as ID CS closed because of CV. Been told sim expired as been 2yrs since taken out on 16/7/18. I’ve had no notification of this! What can I do. I need phone for work. Help!!

Hi there
If this was a Pay Monthly SIM, and you’ve continued to make payments each month on that then you should run no risk of a SIM being deactivated unless you had requested a disconnection?
If this was a Pay As You Go SIM, then providing you have topped up within the last 6 months the SIM should remain active fine just there.
