Wifi Calling Gone Again?

Has anyone else’s wifi calling gone again?  Both hubby’s and mine phones are not picking up wifi calling at home despite it being turned on and working for the last 3 years.  

When it ‘went’ a few weeks ago (see thread Wifi calling gone), it was due to a known issue that ID Mobile eventually recognised.  Has it happened again?

Hi @melmorc, as far as we’re aware, this was fixed and we haven’t had any further communication from our customers on this topic. When did the fault return? Have you tried rebooting your phone and/or resetting the Wi-Fi network settings?
