Can't make calls

Hi,

I’m a new customer and have just ported my number across to my ID sim, but I can’t make calls.

Everything else (I can recieve calls, send texts, and access the web), bit when I try to call any number, I get the same “Sorry, your service does not allow access to this number”.

Please can someone help me with this?

Hi @andywilletts, is this happening with all numbers or just the one?

 

Have you tried turning the handset off for 5 minutes?
