You have just sent me an email saying my invoice is ready. I have transferred my numbers to another supplier easrlier this year, so you are no longer supplying me with anything. I would prefer to talk to someone but have wasted 30 minutes of my time listening to a recorded message to now discover you have not invested in a call centre. Can you please explain what you are charging for and when this number was last used?
I do not know my account number or my password as I have not used iD for a long time.
