No Data connection (4G is showing as connected)

I’ve had no Data connection most of today but I have signal and my phone is showing active 4G connectivity  (Hampshire/Surrey area)

Me too. Along with the families 3 phones too in Cornwall. Come on ID sort this out now

Could we get postcodes for where you’re experiencing issues?  We’ll take a further look at anything known to be causing issues with the local masts.
