I can't login to check my account or buy a boost. I'm over my allowance apparently.

 

Password doesn't work. Account locked

Reset password doesn't work either using mobile number last name and DOB

 

Please can I access my account?

Thos is happening to me as well.

I just need a new SIM as mine is damaged
