Hi.
My Samsung A20e uses a USB type C charger and has a 3.5mm headphone Jack.
I have some headphones that have a USB C connector, but if I plus them into my phones USB C port they don't work.
Can I change phone settings so I can use these headphones? Or is it just not possible to use them with this phone?

I’ve taken a look into this for you and I’m not able to find any settings online that will allow you to change the output mode for the sound. I have a feeling that if the phone has a dedicated 3.5mm headphone jack, it will use that by default and cannot be altered but I could be wrong.
When going through your phone’s sound settings, do you see any settings that may allow you to change this?
