Hi my daughter currently has the iPhone 6 Plus, I’ve just upgraded for her to have the iPhone 7 but it’s for Christmas. I’m wondering if her current phone will continue working until Christmas Day when she gets her new one? Or will I have to put her new sim into her current phone for now?

Hello
We send a new SIM with the upgrade, however, the old SIM should continue to work.
Once the upgrade has arrived, we normally recommend activating the replacement SIM but you can also do this at a later stage and is not essential.
The new plan usually shows in the app right away.
