hi I'm very Disappointed with the nonexistent network I'm a taxi driver and customers constantly saying they cannot get me by phone this is really not good enough I have the phone on automatic settings why can i not use o2 network when roaming.

We are sorry to hear about these issues. Have you checked the areas in which you travel to see if there are reported signal issues? You can do this on our Coverage Checker here.
In regards to using an o2 network connection whilst roaming, which country are you roaming in? O2 may not be a network partner in some countries you see.
