No order confirmation


Hello, I ordered an upgrade for a mobile phone on Wednesday and I got an email saying the order is being processed, but since then did not get a dispatch email.

Its been almost a week and I still don't know if I will get the phone or not.

I already tried to contact the Live Chat but I always end up with the Chat Bot which doesn't help much.

Has the upgrade been processed or not? 

Can you help me please.

Hi @ElioFreitas,
Have you noticed if your plan has changed within your account/app online? Also, please let us know the make/model (colour and storage too) and we will ensure the device is in stock as this may be holding up the dispatch.
