My old 24 months contract runs out 10/10/2020. I’ve signed up for a new monthly sim only deal. I don’t think it is carrying on from my own contract because I had to fill in a personal derails form again. I have received an email to say my new sim is on its way, but I’m afraid it will have a new mobile number whereas I want to keep my old number. How can I check if I will still have my old number?

It sounds as though you may have bought a brand new plan instead of upgrading your current contract to a SIM-only plan. We wouldn’t be able to move your number across I’m afraid.
You can look at upgrading your current contract and then once that’s confirmed, return the new one (following our returns process here) which you have bought. Let us know though if you need help with the return once you have given the upgrade a go.
