ID PAC code not working when switching accounts

I’ve transferred from my partners account to my account, when I’ve tried the PAC code issued by ID it doesn’t work even though I want to transfer the number across to my account

Hi @Mrball,

 

So is the port trying to come from one existing iD line, to a new iD line?
