If I want to look at my phone options and my contract ends will my monthly bill be lowered to reflect the fact that I have paid off my current phone and by how much?

Once your 24-month term comes to an end, the plan and price will remain the same so we would advise logging in online to view your plan change options which includes handset upgrades if you fancy a new phone.
