SIM card has stopped working

I am unable to make or receive any calls after a period when the service has been intermittent.  I have tried the SIM in another phone and it still does not work.  How do I get  a replacement and keep my number?

Do you get no service at all currently?

Could we get your full postcode?

It’s rare for a SIM to just stop working without being provoked in some way, so we’d like to check for any coverage problems locally first before potentially trying a replacement SIM.
