I have received a debt collection letter for a contract free sim/pay as you go that hasn't been used for over two years. You've sent me a letter and an email for £20 for a sim i know hasn't been used as it STOPPED WORKING and you never issued a replacement!! I don't even know the mobile number that ID require in order to get through and speak to you, neither do you as a business provide this in your correspondence. Helpful.

Stop harassing me for a something that isn't in use.

Hello @IDmobileISfrustrating,

Our SIM-only plans are rolling monthly contracts.

The only “contract free” purchases are pay as you go and those require topping up to use.

If you are no longer using the SIM, then you would need to contact us to cancel this so we can submit a 30-day disconnection.

If this is not done, the account remains active and if payments are not m ade, you’d eventually incur late payment marks and letters as above.

We’ll send you a PM so we can help cancel this and how you can pay the balance.
