I want to cancel my ID contract

hi i’ve tried all types of ways in cancelling my contract, by calling them  and then going on my id app and the online chat but I didn't get any support or help which is really frustrating I started contacting ID to cancel my contract before it ends but they failed to do that because I couldn't find any way to cancel it now that my contact has ended I'm getting really frustrated with the type of service this company offers its really frustrating so can some one pls help me to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
