Hi, I'm nearing the end of my contract and I'm hoping to be able to stick with iD mobile. I'm eligible for my upgrade on the 2nd December and before I do that do I have to pay off my phone in any way? I've decided on an iPhone 12 mini and I saw a £32 a month deal from sky mobile and I saw that there is also upgrade price promise (or similar), how does that work online, if at all? Do I have to visit a Curry's PC World to do this price promise?
Sorry it's 2 questions, just very confused.

You don’t need to make any additional payments before upgrading and for help with the price promise, you would need to contact our Live Chat Team here. We can look to price match EE, Vodafone, Three or Carphone Warehouse deals.
