Samsung £100.00 Cashback Offer

I purchased a qualifying phone on 3rd December.

 

Samsung require a receipt showing details of the purchase.  However I only have an Order confirmation email.    Please advise me as to how you will resolve this.

When you received delivery of your new phone, there should have been a receipt inside the packaging, the receipt is an A5 sized piece of paper.
