I need to make two urgent calls to a hospital. My phone contract is limitless calls and texts, but they have ‘capped’ my calls!! Please reply a.s.a.p.

You can amend your bill cap online. All you need to do is login to My Account or your iD Mobile app and follow these simple steps:
1. Select ‘My Services’ from the bottom menu.
2. To adjust your cap, select ‘Edit my capped limit’.
3. Move the slider to the capped limit you want.
4. If you’ve reached your capped limit, you can move the slider right to increase it.
5. Confirm that you’re happy with your chosen capped limit. Easy peasy.
