Hi could someone help me just confirm something.
I recently moved house and I pay for my phone monthly via direct debit. I logged into the ID app tonight and it said outstanding balance of £41.99 as today is the day my bill would have been paid via DD. Has this payment not gone through Direct debit as we haven’t called the bank yet to change our billing address etc. Do I need to change any settings to update my direct debit billing address is updated?
