unable to receive calls at all

I switched to SIM only account last week and haven’t been able to receive any calls since but can make calls

Hi @AR56,

We’re sorry to hear about that, which phone are you using?

If you can find the option within the phone settings, resetting the network settings may be the best place to start in resolving this issue. You should also turn the phone off and back on again but you have probably already tried this.
